Delete your Lorewood account
In the app
- Open Lorewood and sign in.
- In your library, tap the account icon.
- Tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Without the app
Email contact@lorewood.world from the email address of your account (or, if you signed in with Google, Discord, Facebook or Apple, the email address of that account) with the subject "Delete my Lorewood account". We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. Your account is deleted within 30 days, and we confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your Community profile (display name, social links, profile picture)
- Your library and reading progress
- All your Community content: comments, fan art and its images, likes, votes and suggested corrections
- Feedback you sent and your usage analytics data
What is kept
- Corrections you suggested that were already accepted into a book's text stay part of that text, with no link to you.
- Reports you filed are kept for up to 1 year without any link to you, for moderation records.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
